u r a healer℠

What deserves your attention now?

You may already know that something in your well-being needs attention. The harder part is often deciding what matters most, making choices that fit your real life, and learning from what happens when you act on them.

u r a healer℠ begins with a simple premise: your body has capacities for healing, repair, regulation, adaptation, and recovery. Those capacities are not unlimited, and they are affected by health conditions, treatments and their effects, environment, circumstances, and other factors. Your role is not to control the outcome, but to participate thoughtfully in your own well-being through the choices you make, what you observe and learn, and how you use appropriate professional care and other resources.

What sustained human coaching can add

Information can be useful, but information alone does not always help you decide what matters most, apply it in the context of your own life, or recognize what is changing over time.

Inside sustained coaching, we can look closely at what you are trying to change, what is getting in the way, what actually happens between sessions, and what those results may be teaching you. That includes careful observation, thoughtful questions, prioritization, pattern recognition across time, challenge when useful, and attention to when another professional resource may be appropriate. The purpose is not dependence on a coach. It is to help you become increasingly capable of making, testing, and refining your own decisions.

Your role in the work

Coaching is an active process. You choose the goals that matter to you, make your own decisions, take action in your real life, and observe what happens.

The work is to become more skillful at noticing what matters, making conscious choices, using what you learn, revising when appropriate, and using professional care and other resources well. Progress is influenced by factors both within and outside your control, and no particular health or healing outcome is guaranteed.

Who this program is for

u r a healer℠ is for adults who have a meaningful reason to pay attention to their well-being now and who want sustained support as they work toward personally selected goals.

It is designed for people who are willing to participate actively, reflect on what happens in real life, and work within a finite four-season coaching structure delivered by Zoom, including seasonal rhythms and intentional integration periods.

How the program works

u r a healer℠ is a finite four-season Integrative Health Coaching program delivered by Zoom. Enrollment is available year-round, with clients beginning at the start of a season.

During the four-season term, you receive 27 sessions: 26 private coaching sessions and one June financial-health group session. Session 1 is 90 minutes. The program also includes intentional integration periods and seasonal assessment and review.

After approximately three months of independent practice following the four-season term, you return for a private follow-up Session 28.

What coaching is — and is not

u r a healer℠ provides Integrative Health Coaching. Coaching is not medical care, and the coach is not your medical provider. Coaching does not replace appropriate professional advice, diagnosis, treatment, consultation, or care.

The program does not provide crisis care, psychotherapy, medication prescribing or deprescribing, unlimited access, or continuous monitoring. When another professional resource is appropriate, coaching can support you in recognizing that need and using that resource well.

Investment

The Founders fee for the complete u r a healer℠ program is $3,900.

This is a fee for the full four-season coaching program, not an hourly rate. Payment structure and other commercial terms are discussed only when appropriate and are not presented here unless separately approved.
